2 Bond Street is a six story pre war co op completed in 1900 on one of Manhattan's remaining cobblestone streets. The landmarked building was the first home built on Bond Street, between Shinbone Alley and Lafayette Street in NoHo, and retains the loft character associated with this stretch of downtown.
