Description

Beautiful and spacious, newly renovated studio apartment with the open kitchen with the room. The kitchen has new SS appliances, new granite counter top, new cabinets. The room is good enough for bed and for living room furniture.

Nice foyer with 2 closets and the brand new bathroom. The apartment is located in very well maintained elevator building with laundry inside. Heat and hot water are included in rent and pets are allowed up to 25lbs.

The building is located in a quiet and safe area, very close to the 67th Ave M,R train station with the possibility to be in Manhattan in 30 minutes, or connection to the LIRR at Forest Hills Station. In a 5 blocks radius there are multiple public schools, including Forest Hills High School. Close to the building right on the corner of 99th St with Queens Blvd are a few basic restaurants such as Tower Diner, Chinese, Spanish and Kosher restaurants, but in Forest Hills, only one train stop away is more of a vibrant nightlife with bars, new popular restaurants, Forest Hills Stadium that has summer concerts, and Austin Street for shopping.

On 99th Street, a block from the building is a supermarket, and on Queens Boulevard there is a CTown Supermarket, a local vegetable store, and another supermarket called Net Cost. Also right by the 67th Ave train station on Queens Blvd, there is a CVS pharmacy, dry cleaners, salons, cafes, many banks, and a NY Sports Club. 15 minutes away walking distance from the building, or one stop away at 63rd Drive, is Queens Center Mall including Costco and different department stores.

There is Yellowstone Park playground nearby, as well as Flushing Meadows park a few blocks away.
