"This 15-story apartment building at 300 West 108th Street was erected in 1924 and designed by Rosario Candela, the most famous architect of luxury pre-war apartment buildings in the city.  It was erected by the Broadway & 108th Street Corporation, of which Vito Cerabone was president and Michael A. Campagna was secretary.
