The building has a full-time doorman and a concierge, resident super & porters. There is a small laundry facility on each floor. Garage in the building This is a condo so they grant a waiver of right of first refusal for both sales & rentals. The application has many aspects of a coop board reference including written personal references, business references, etc. The application processing fees, building move-in fees, etc. are high. They also charge owners a very high fee if they elect to rent their unit out. Pets are permitted. The building is situated across the street from the 72nd St. & Broadway subway. You also have the uptown/downtown Broadway bus there as well as the 72nd Street crosstown bus. Fairway & Citarellas are two blocks up on Broadway at 74th Street.
