The site previously saw a 22 story condo proposal abandoned after local opposition.

Apartments feature open layouts with large windows and abundant natural light, with many units offering Sheepshead Bay water views and private balconies. Kitchens come with modern cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, and stone countertops, while bathrooms include premium fixtures and tile finishes. All units include in-unit washer/dryers. The building offers studio, one, two, and three bedroom residences.

The smoke free development provides a resort style outdoor pool, a 2,500 square foot fitness center, and a 19th floor Sky Lounge with rooftop access. Additional amenities include a full time attended lobby, bocce court, dog run with pet grooming services, BBQ and grilling areas, on-site parking garage, and bicycle storage.
