"This 30-story apartment tower at 1524 Sheepshead Bay Road in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn, has 180 rental apartments on its lowest 11 floors and 56 condominium apartments on its highest 19 floors.

The building, which also has a 1501 Voorhees Avenue address, was developed by Avalon Bay Communities and Muss Development and completed in 2017.  The condo section of the building is known as 1 Brooklyn Bay and the rental section as Avalon Brooklyn Bay." Read Carter's Full Review
