South Brooklyn's Tallest, Avalon Brooklyn Bay, Starts Leasing with One Month Free Rent

Leasing has kicked off at Avalon Brooklyn Bay, a 30-story rental in Sheepshead Bay accomodating studios through three-bedrooms apartments and a motherload of amenities. One month of free rent is currently being offer for leases starting in September; and, as a further incentive, leases signed the same day as a prospective tenant tours the building will get a second month of free rent. Studios start at $2,150/month; one-bedrooms start at $2,457/month; two-bedrooms start at $3,118/month; and three-bedrooms start at $4,475/month.

All 180 units have large windows with city or ocean views, hard-surface plank flooring, and in-unit washer/dryers. The modern kitchens have quartz-stone countertops, tile backsplashes, and stainless steel Energy Star appliances. Select units have walk-in closets and private balconies.

The smoke-free community is fully equipped with conveniences and amenities to make residents’ time in the building easier and more enjoyable. A 19th floor Sky Lounge features indoor and outdoor space, resident wine storage, and sweeping city and ocean views. Outside, the swimming pool is surrounded by a sun deck, cabanas, fire pit, and entertaining space; the outdoor courtyard has a covered terrace, barbecue grills, an entertaining kitchen, billiards table, and bocce court.
