The smoke-free community is fully equipped with conveniences and amenities to make residents’ time in the building easier and more enjoyable. A 19th floor Sky Lounge features indoor and outdoor space, resident wine storage, and sweeping city and ocean views. Outside, the swimming pool is surrounded by a sun deck, cabanas, fire pit, and entertaining space; the outdoor courtyard has a covered terrace, barbecue grills, an entertaining kitchen, billiards table, and bocce court. The 2,500-square-foot fitness center has a yoga/spin studio. Complimentary Wifi is available in most common areas, and rent payments and service requests can be made online.
