The smoke-free community is fully equipped with conveniences and amenities to make residents’ time in the building easier and more enjoyable. A 19th floor Sky Lounge features indoor and outdoor space, resident wine storage, and sweeping city and ocean views. Outside, the swimming pool is surrounded by a sun deck, cabanas, fire pit, and entertaining space; the outdoor courtyard has a covered terrace, barbecue grills, an entertaining kitchen, billiards table, and bocce court. The 2,500-square-foot fitness center has a yoga/spin studio. Complimentary Wifi is available in most common areas, and rent payments and service requests can be made online. The building has an indoor children’s play area, and pets are equally catered to with a WAG dog run and pet spa.
