Carter Horsley's Review of Charlton House

Carter Horsley's Building Review
"This attractive, red-brick, 17-story apartment building was erected in 1966 and converted to a cooperative in 1981. It has 176 apartments.

This street and King Street, one block away, have many attractive brownstones that fortunately survived the commercial redevelopment of this area in the early part of the 20th Century." Read Carter's Full Review
