"This attractive, red-brick, 17-story apartment building was erected in 1966 and converted to a cooperative in 1981. It has 176 apartments.

When this was erected, this neighborhood was not in its prime. The renaissance of the SoHo area nearby had not yet taken hold to the east and the commercial loft and industrial buildings to the west were struggling with the city's declining manufacturing base." Read Carter's Full Review
