At the base, the garden residence connects its main living space to a 665 square foot private garden through a 15 foot wall of glass.

The building has a full time doorman, video intercom, resident storage and bike room. Renwick Street runs for one block between Canal and Spring Streets, just east of Hudson Street, with Hudson River Park several blocks west and Tribeca and the West Village close by. Broker and television personality Ryan Serhant has been a resident.
