Carter Horsley
Review of 471 Washington Street by Carter Horsley

The 10-story building at 471 Washington Street at Canal Street in TriBeca was designed by Ben Hansen for The Vella Group, which is headed by Zach Vella. The firm had acquired the project in 2010 for about $19 million.

The very handsome building has 12 condominium apartments.

Bottom Line

This sharply angular and very impressive TriBeCa building has very attractive layouts close to the Manhattan entrance to the Holland Tunnel.
