"Diamond on Duane is a mid-block, residential loft condominium building at 137-141 Duane Street and 62-66 Thomas Street in TriBeCa.  

Part of the building dates to 1863 and part to 1915.  It was converted to a 19-unit condominium, most with exceptionally large spaces, in 2007 by The Lesler Group. " Read Carter's Full Review
