"This handsome, 7-story building at 223 North 8th Street in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, was erected in 2016 and has 96 rental apartments. It is known as The Berkley.

It was developed by Largo Investments, which is the developer with JDS also of the Fitzroy, a very handsome, 10-story apartment building with a largely copper façade and 11-foot-ceilings at 514 West 24th Street." Read Carter's Full Review
