Doorman, roof deck, laundry, storage, bike storage. Maintenance is a little on the high side, which leads to the apartments trading slightly below market value. Upper East Side near 86th street has lots of stores (Banana Republic, Barnes and Noble, Staples, Modells, Best Buy) and restaurants. New luxury condo buildings on 86th adn 3rd and 86th and Lex will bring higher end retail to the neighborhood in the next 3 - 5 years.
