The Easton is a 36 story rental tower at 205 East 92nd Street in Yorkville, completed in 2016 with 183 residences. Developed by Related Companies and designed by Handel Architects, it pairs a substantial amenity program with apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. S. Russell Groves designed the interiors.
Apartments have oversized windows, oak floors, marble baths, customized closets, in-unit washers and dryers, and controls for temperature and motorized shades. Floor-to-ceiling glass frames city views from western exposures, while northern and eastern exposures take in Central Park and the East River. The layouts range from open and pass through kitchens to enclosed, windowed kitchens and breakfast rooms; several two bedroom plans use split bedroom configurations.
The building has a 24 hour concierge and doorman, a two floor fitness club, and a penthouse amenity suite with a lounge, billiards room, dining area, catering kitchen, and landscaped rooftop terrace. A children's playroom by Silver Hill Atelier opens to an outdoor play area, while a teen room contains study nooks and soundproofed rehearsal rooms. Additional services and facilities include pet grooming and day care, resident storage, a bike room, and a live-in superintendent; pets are allowed.
Related Rentals is the luxury rental arm of Related Companies, a New York City developer founded in 1972 by Stephen Ross. It manages dozens of premium Manhattan apartments, emphasizing innovative amenities and customer-centric service.
