The 36-story tower is located on the boundary of the Carnegie Hill and Yorkville neighborhoods on the Upper East Side, and offers residents all the features typically found in high-end condos including generous layouts, thoughtful amenities, and masterfully crafted details.
Leasing began in May of this year for the building's 182 residences, which come in one- to four-bedroom layouts. There are several apartments to choose from including 1-bedrooms starting from $4,400/month, 2-bedrooms from $6,130/month, 3-bedrooms from $10,285, and 4-bedrooms from $17,140. The residences at The Easton are designed by award winning interior designer Groves & Co., and are inspired by the the grand apartments found on the Upper East Side. Inside, apartments feature eat-in kitchens, spacious customized closets, and oak floors throughout. Kitchens are equipped with stainless steel appliances and custom oak kitchen cabinetry with bronze hardware, and bathrooms feature over-sized marble showers and baths, with double vanities. All apartments are equipped with a washer/dryer, and also a smart home automation system that controls the motorized shades and the temperature in the apartment. The building's oversized windows frame spectacular views of Central Park, the East River, and beyond.
The building's amenities include 24-hour concierge, an amenity suite on the penthouse level serving as a lounge and billiards room, an event room with a dining area and a full-service catering kitchen, a two-floor Equinox fitness club, both a children's playroom and teen lounge, bike storage, and a pet-spa.
