Related Rentals Debuts "Life Simplified" Service Through Partnership with Hello Alfred

Related Rentals is well known for its high-end apartment buildings with hotel-inspired personal services. Now, it's taken it up a notch by partnering with Hello Alfred in introducing an exlusive new technology and hospitality platform called "Life Simplified."The service builds on Alfred’s human-touch service technology and offers a suite of personal life-enhancing services to residents. Life Simplified anticipates and completes instinctive and sophisticated to-dos on a resident’s behalf, removing everyday hassles from your routine.
The service saves time and, to paraphrase Hello Alfred CEO Marcela Sapone, allows homes to transcend the “smart” label and become intuitive. The service will be exclusive to Related in Manhattan for two years and get incorporated into the portfolio of rentals across the country. This partnership reinforces Related's commitment to white-glove, innovative service, and represents Hello Alfred's first significant partnership in the urban multifamily space.

Hello Alfred has already built a stellar reputation for its dedicated home managers and services that include pantry and fridge stocking, laundry and prescription pick-up, and general errands. With Life Simplified, Related residents can get all that and more, such as hotel-level apartment tidy-ups, baby- and pet-proofing, and enhanced move-in coordination. Life Simplified also looks beyond the apartment themselves to enhance the resident experience in the building and neighborhood: Home managers can plan events in the buildings’ amenities, and offer access to special events in nearby cultural and dining venues.
In addition to Life Simplified, all Related rental buildings in New York have a handful of running offers available. Residents are able to choose between an exclusive membership with Citi Bike, Divvy, Hubway, Ford GoBike, and Capital Bikeshare and Equinox Fitness. Also, residents who refer a friend to sign a new lease, can earn up to $1,000. Lastly, at Equinox Fitness Clubs, residents of Related buildings will enjoy a no cost initiation fee, three personal training sessions, one Equifit fitness assement, a 50-minute spa service (signature facial or massage), 3 one-week guest passes, and one private Pilates session.
