"Yorkville Tower 2 is a red-brick, 34-story apartment tower at 1641 Third Avenue on the northeast corner at 92nd Street that is part of the large Ruppert Towers complex that opened in 1975 and was converted to condominiums n 2003.

"the building has a beautiful lobby with tons of security. The building architecture look like typical high-rise condo buildings. There is a new york sports club and pool right on the ground floor of the building. this is a condo building..R y managment is the management company. They do not allow new pets in the building. This is a very large complex they have excellent financials and reserve. This is located in the upper east side in the low 90`s and 3rd ave. Just a few short blocks to the express 4,5 or the local 6 train on 96th street. Tons of shopping with gristedes,food emporium and c-town. There are great restuarants and bars. ex: blondies,mustangs,vespa,mollys and much more. Also centrally located to walk to Carl shurz park, or central partk"
