"The 28-story, Copley residential condominium tower at 2000 Broadway on the northeast corner at 68th Street is relatively modest by the standards of "luxury" residential high-rise construction of the past two decades, especially in the neighboring Lincoln Center district.

Completed in 1987, this 162-unit tower is nicely detailed and was designed by Davis, Brody & Associates, one of the city's premier residential designers better known for their more sharply angled forms." Read Carter's Full Review

One of its best features is the fitness center with an indoor lap pool and yoga studio. Other amenities include a garden, children's playroom, parking garage, a bike room and storage (each apartment comes with a storage bin). Standard approval process (2-3 weeks) The address can't be better with Central Park right nearby, as well as other iconic attractions like Lincoln Center, Columbus Circle, Riverside Park and the American Museum of Natural History. Fitness centers abound for working out, nightlife is diverse and shopping is plentiful at premier retailers like the Apple Store, The Shops at Columbus Circle and Century 21. Pick up healthy groceries at Trader Joe's and Whole Foods, grab a pastry at Magnolia and Levain Bakeries, or dine out at Boulud Sud, Sushi Yasaka, Isabelle's, PJ Clarke's and other favorites."
