According to a popular meme, New York has 12 seasons as opposed to the traditional four - including but not limited to Spring of Deception and The Pollening before Actual Spring. That may have to be revisited in the wake of April 2023 - record-breaking heat was in the forecast for yesterday, and temperatures in the low 80s are predicted for next week as well.

In spite of such predictions, the city's public outdoor pools are not expected to open for several more weeks. However, some lucky New York residents can take a dip all year round thanks to indoor pools in their building. Indoor pools are often seen as a hallmark of luxury living, and can indeed be found in some of the city's most high-end buildings, but the following condos listings are priced under $2.5 million.
