An exciting luxury rental building coming to the Financial District, EXHIBIT, has just launched its teaser leasing website, announcing the building will offer luxury no-fee rentals and is set to open this summer. Now that construction is wrapping up at the site, an official leasing launch is imminent.

EXHIBIT, located at 60 Fulton Street, has garnered significant attention as one of several key properties rejuvenating real estate in the Financial District. Interior designer Andrés Escobar has themed the 23-story tower after artists from the 1970’s and 1980’s, giving substance to the property’s distinctive name. In its studios, one- and two-bedroom units, the building will blend high-end technology like Stevali Italian kitchens with rustic features like wooden backsplashes, and in the living rooms are large windows showing off views of downtown Manhattan.
60-fulton-street Progress at the site as of June 2017 shows the building nearing completion.
The building is not short on amenities either, as EXHIBIT’s 23rd floor hosts two landscaped terraces, and outdoor fireplace, lounge, game room, and a kitchen & dining room area. To those who make exercise a priority, a fitness center and separate yoga studio, which continue the dark-wood, rustic theme found inside the apartments, can be found on-site.

Visit CityRealty’s EXHIBIT profile for more photos and coverage, or register on the teaser site to be contacted by the leasing team.
