Beautiful, large private garden in rear of building where owners can bar-b-que, relax, take their children to play and reserve space for private parties. Modern high rise with Deco fixtures and overtones. Lobby will be renovated this year, public spaces were renovated last year (new fixtures, carpets, wall paper, signs). Extra storage room in basement, laundry on every floor. I am a member of the board. There are 7 members and this year we are renovating our lobby, redoing our elevator cabs and focusing on keeping our costs down so that we can strive to have a nominal common charge increase for 2007-2008.
