Bottom Line

What the heart of the Upper West Side needs is a rather riotous façade agglomeration, large apartments, lots of amenities and a large second floor terrace lushly landscaped with numerous curved elements.  It may not be a whirling dervish, but it looks like its ready for its appearance on the World of Dance.

Description

The building is setback on the side-street with an entrance marquee and tall, angled fencing on its west side enclosing its garage entrance and where the 2nd through the 6th floors have corner windows and the 7th through the 13th floors have alternating setbacks for large corner windows.

The upper floors have glass façades with some setbacks facing the street and the top mechanical floors are handsomely enclosed with metallic screens.

The bottom two-thirds of the tower also has a lot of alternating fenestration angled elements and sizes.

Amenities

The building has an elevated terrace with separate areas for adults and children and attractive curved landscape elements, a 24-hour, 20-foot-high attended lobby, a fitness center, a yoga studio, a children's playroom, a music room, a game room, a pet space, a bicycle room, 32 storage bins and a 12-car garage.
