"This distinctive, 20-story apartment building at 212 West 95th Street between Columbus and Amsterdam avenues.  It is known as the Dahlia and was erected in 2019.  It has 38 condominium apartments. 

It was developed by United Management, which is led by Arthur Wiener and Meir Bouskila, and Certes Partners, which was founded by Eitan Bouskila, Elan Hakimian and Sunder Jambaunathan.  " Read Carter's Full Review
