Carter’s Review

"This attractive, mid-block, Italian Renaissance-palazzo style, apartment building was erected in 1930 and converted to a cooperative in 1984.

The beige-brick building has a two-story rusticated limestone base and permits protruding air-conditioners. It has an exposed rooftop watertank and no health club and no garage."
