20 Great apartments available on the Upper West Side

Those wishing to trace New York’s history through architecture would be well advised to take a trip to the Upper West Side. They come in at a median price of $2.63 million (or $1,856 per square foot) for condos and $1.13 million for co-ops. Aided by closings at Waterline Square and the Park Loggia, for the first quarter of 2020, the Upper West Side held the highest median sales price out of all New York City market areas.
