Two Ten West 77 is an 18 story condominium completed in 2016 at 210 West 77th Street, between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue on the Upper West Side. Designed by Thomas Juul Hansen and developed by The Naftali Group, the mid-block building combines thin gray brick, mahogany framed windows, bronze spandrels and cast iron Juliet balconies, with upper floor setbacks dividing the façade into asymmetrical piers.
Its 28 residences range from half floor apartments to full floor homes and duplex layouts. Floor-to-ceiling windows and Juliet balconies recur, while larger residences extend to private terraces, multiple exposures and fireplaces. The duplex penthouse spans two levels and has more than 1,000 square feet of exterior space.
The building has a 24 hour doorman, concierge, fitness center, spa with sauna and steam rooms, resident storage and on-site parking. A multipurpose sports court converts into a movie room, and the roof terrace has an outdoor fireplace and grill. Pets are allowed.
