Review of 210 West 77th Street by Carter Horsley

This stunning mid-block, 18-story apartment tower at 210 West 77th Street between Broadway and Amsterdam Avenue on the Upper West Side is extremely handsome.

The 25-unit condominium building combines thin gray bricks with mahogany window frames, cast-iron Juliet balconies and bronze spandrels to create a very elegant filigree look.

Thomas Juul-Hansen is the architect and The Naftali Group is the developer.
