Condo located in Chelsea, between Avenue of the Americas & Seventh Avenue

Description of The Chainworks Building at 144 West 18th Street

The Chainworks Building was originally built in 1910 as a red brick factory and converted to an 8-story, 18-unit boutique condominium in 2002. It is topped with two common roof decks -- one with outdoor dining and gas grill, and the other a furnished sundeck with incredible skyline and landmark views, including the Empire State Building. The building's part-time doorman is on duty seven days a week with designated hours, and residents access their home via a keyed elevator. Additional amenities include a bike room, storage room, and video intercom.

It is well situated in the heart of Chelsea at 144 West 18th Street. This puts it close to Eataly, Chelsea Market, and many more spectacular retail and restaurant venues in Flatiron, Union Square, and the Meatpacking District, as well as convenient transportation.
