"This massive but attractive, 25-story apartment tower at 33 Bond Street at Livingston Street in Downtown Brooklyn was built in 2017 and has 714 rental buildings of which 20 percent are "affordable."

It was developed by TF Cornerstone, whose other major projects include 606 West 57th Street between 11th and 12th Avenues, 2 Gold Street, both in Manhattan, and several towers on Center Boulevard in Long Island City. " Read Carter's Full Review
