33 Bond Opens Debuting Dozens of Units + New Affordable Housing Lottery

Leasing has begun at TF Cornerstone's 33 Bond Street, and the Handel Architects-designed building is offering new residents one month’s free rent. Studios start at $2,600/month, one-bedrooms start at $3,295/month, and two-bedrooms start at $4,790/month. All prices are net effective.

In addition to the market-rate apartments, Curbed has announced a lottery for 108 affordable units in the building. 72 apartments are open to people making 40% of the area median income ($22,903-$38,601/year), and 36 units are open to people making 120% of the area median income ($68,709-$114,480/year). The application deadline is October 17.

All apartments have floor-to-ceiling windows, white oak floors, and generous closet space. The chef’s kitchens feature quartz countertops with a waterfall edge and stainless steel appliances. The building is centrally located in the heart of Downtown Brooklyn with easy access to local attractions, Boerum Hill, Cobble Hill, and 10 subway lines to reach all corners of the city.
