80 Flatbush is a post-war rental building in Brooklyn's Downtown Brooklyn neighborhood finished in 2025. Situated at 80 Flatbush Avenue, between Lafayette Avenue and State Street, the building contains 900 units and rises 74 stories.
In late August 2025, Alloy Development closed on $500 million in loans for One Third Avenue, a 730-foot-tall tower said to be the world's tallest built to Passive House standards. Demolition work began earlier this year, and construction is expected to begin this fall.
In February 2025, Alloy Development revealed plans for One Third Avenue, a mixed-use tower with 583 apartments, retail, and office space. The tower will be constructed to Passive House standards, and the project also calls for two 19th-century buildings being preserved and turned into retail space.
