"This very attractive, grey-brick, 27-story building with distinctive fenestration at 10 Nevins Street in Downtown Brooklyn was completed in the Spring of 2019 and has 184 condominium apartments. 

It is known as The Brooklyn Grove and was developed by Adam America Real Estate,  the Slate Property Group and Vanke.  The developers, who are also building 251 First Street in Park Slope, paid $47.5 million to a previous developer of the site. " Read Carter's Full Review
