Renderings posted for new residential tower planned at 10 Nevins Street/299-301 Livingston Street Renderings posted for new residential tower planned at 10 Nevins Street/299-301 Livingston Street
An ungainly residential tower is readying rise from an L-shaped lot at 10 Nevins Street in Downtown Brooklyn. While the building permits from past schemes have yet to be fully updated, a new rendering posted on the site’s construction fence shows a 25-story building with wings on both Nevins Street and Livingston Street. In 2015, Crain’s New York reported that a joint-venture between Adam America Real Estate, Vanke, and Slate Property Group had purchased the site from a previous developer for $47.75 million and will be building an 180,000-square-foot condo building.
According to the project's builder, Danya Cebus Construction, the venture will hold 184 condo units with retail space on the ground floor. Amenities will include tenant storage, a bike room, yoga room, kids play room, public lounge, fitness center and a swimming pool.

The site is encircled by new development with a new 19-floor office building planned next door at 540 Fulton Street, the Nevins at 319 Schermerhorn Street finishing up construction nearby (also being co-developed by Adam America), and HUB at 333 Schermerhorn kicking off leasing earlier this year. The trio of builders are also finishing construction of 251 First Street in Park Slope.
