Residences feature 9-10 foot ceilings, large multi-paned windows, and thoughtfully designed interiors that incorporate factory elements. Kitchens showcase locally sourced Baltic birch woodwork, Bertrazzoni ranges, and countertops crafted from the factory's reclaimed wood. All units include externally vented washer/dryers and modern amenities while maintaining industrial character.

The building offers comprehensive amenities including a fitness center, virtual doorman service, package and cold storage rooms, bicycle storage, and a full-time superintendent. Three common outdoor spaces, including a roof deck and fifth-floor terrace, provide residents with panoramic views of the Brooklyn and Manhattan bridges, East River Harbor, and the Manhattan skyline.
