Condo located in East Harlem, between First Avenue & Second Avenue
Comment About the Building
This has to be the most poorly managed building in existence. For $2325 a month and up you get a poorly and often times out of service elevator, shoes stolen from outside of your door, leakages in the hallways, and there?s almost never any hot water. The supers hired never speak any English and every tenant couldn?t have possibly been a language major back in college. And not to mention they never show up to do anything. I regret ever living here. Horrible management. Save yourself.

One United Nations Park is an unprecedented interplay of privacy and light—a balance that reflects the architecture’s bold exterior and luminous interiors.
