Broker & Resident Comments

"Absolutely beautiful" on the outside with a "bright spot" exterior and "great location" on a "busy street," this two-year-old building disappoints with a "dingy and disgusting" reality inside; reviewers lament "constantly" breaking elevators, "filthy" carpets, "dirty" hallways, and "paper thin" walls and flooring, while "lazy" porters and revolving superintendents leave amenities like the gym and terrace unusable due to poor maintenance; the "boiler broke twice in one year," "mail is being stolen," and "washing machines don't clean properly," leading most to conclude "don't move there you will regret it" despite the "price is right."
