The Beaux-Arts style building at 114 East 25th Street was constructed in 1921, and served as a publishing house and coworking space before being converted to boutique condominium Armorie. Adellco is at the helm of the adaptive reuse project, and Andre Kikoski Architecture is the designer.
All 20 one- to four-bedroom units feature oversized casement windows, high ceilings, wide-plank oak flooring, VRF heating and cooling systems, and in-unit laundry rooms with Electrolux washers and dryers. Kitchens come equipped with custom walnut millwork, Taj Mahal quartzite countertops and backsplashes, Dornbacht hardware, and integrated Miele appliances, including under-counter wine refrigerators. Primary baths feature chestnut vanities topped with Ajax blue marble countertops, white marble flooring and walls, glass-enclosed showers, and Kohler soaking tubs.
Residents of Armorie will arrive to a 24/7 attended lobby with elegant walnut walls and travertine flooring. Amenities include a fitness center with state-of-the-art equipment, bike storage, cold storage, dedicated package and dry cleaning storage, and a shared roof deck with dining and lounging areas. Private storage is available for purchase.
Armorie is located between Lexington Avenue and Park Avenue South on a tree-lined, one-way street. It is in close proximity to Madison Square Park, Park Avenue South offices, popular retail, a Whole Foods supermarket, and acclaimed restaurants in NoMad, Gramercy, and the Flatiron District. Public transportation options include the 6 and R/W trains at 23rd Street.
Over 100 years after it was built as a printing house, developer Adellco is converting the Beaux-Arts building at 114 East 25th Street to 20 boutique-scale loft residences. It will feature interiors by Andre Kikoski Architecture, a jewel-box lobby, a fitness center, and a common roof terrace along with the penthouse's private roof terrace. The first move-ins are estimated for early 2026.
