"This attractive, 11-floor building at 160 East 23rd Street between Lexington and Third avenues was built in 2010 and has 17 condominium apartments.  It is known as Gramercy 23. 

The developer, Frank Ng, bought the vacant two-story building on the lot in 2007 from Sandy Squiteri for $5.3 million and sales were launched by 160 Realty Development LLC in 2014. " Read Carter's Full Review
