Designed by Gene Kaufman and Associates, its 350 foot frontage is divided into nine sections through setbacks, curved elements, varied window patterns, blue facing panels, white bandcourses, and differing rooflines. Stellar Management developed the building, with 60 residences reserved for low and middle income households.
