Otto Greenpoint includes 60 units reserved for qualifying low- and middle-income households awarded through city’s affordable housing lottery. The lottery recently launched and units range from $1,045/month studios to $2,795/month three-bedrooms. Fifty percent of units are reserved for residents of Brooklyn Community Board 1 and the deadline to apply is March 6, 2019.

The full-service building has front desk concierge and 19,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor amenities. There is co-working space, a library, a penthouse fitness center, and a ground level patio and garden. The expansive roof deck has a pool, hot tubs, grills, a lawn and outdoor TV, and 360-degree views of New York City. The mixed-use building has ground-floor retail and twenty percent of rental units are reserved for affordable housing.
