The red brick façade includes corner balconies and numerous bay windows, with the main tower rising 12 stories and a secondary 9 story section enclosing a courtyard. With approximately 22 apartments per floor, units range from one bedroom layouts starting at 775 square feet to three bedroom corner units up to 1,707 square feet.
