Carter’s Review

"This mid-block, red-brick apartment building was erected in 1964. The 18-story cooperative has 148 units. Pets are allowed, as are pied-a-terres, parents buying for children, co-purchasing, and guarantors. Amenities include a doorman, laundry room, bike room, resident super, and roof deck.

The building is across the street from a large, undeveloped blockfront on the avenue occupied by a garden furniture store adjacent to a small "ventilating" structure for the Metropolitan Transportation Authority. The building has a one-story, white-brick base and a canopied entrance with a rakishly angle stainless steel canopy. It has no balconies."
