Carter’s Review

"Erected as a condominium in 1985, this 31-story tower has 208 apartments of which 79 are studios and 100 are one-bedroom units.

Most apartments have balconies and building has a two-story-high lobby and is set back fairly far in a plaza, which has no landscaping, on the cross street. The building has a doorman, a concierge, a garage, and a health club with pool. The slab tower is set back considerably from the cross street on which it has only a small frontage for its double-height, curved skylit entrance, whose form is repeated at the top of the building on a larger scale for the health club, whose illumination at night is highly visible."
