Comments About the Board

"The board review process takes too long (over 3 months), application is expensive, the reality management is highly inefficient in its responsiveness and communication, the board review and decision process is irrational, and make sure to check the pool and gym to make sure of their availability. The pool is rented out to companies that provide swimming for young school children. Now, there will be major construction of NY blood bank in the block which could last for years. Bottom line: the board, the reality management, and the shareholders do not seem to be working towards the same goals - too many units for sale for too long with continuous price reduction while the board appears to drag its feet in reviewing applications. Also please check sales history and timeline prior to signing sales contract in this building."
