Carter’s Review

"Element is a 35-story, reflective-glass residential condominium tower at 555 West 59th Street that is notable for its sculpted form that includes a collared top of corner balconies, above shared angled balconies on a different façade, and many rounded corners.

It was designed by SLCE and developed by Brack Capital, which is headed by Dan Azogui, Continental Venture Realty of which Jane Gol is a principle, and COALCO International."

Broker & Buyer Comments

This "spectacular" 35-story glass tower near Columbus Circle offers "endless amenities" including a "state-of-the-art" fitness complex with 60-foot pool, basketball and squash courts, plus "impeccable" spa facilities. Residents praise the "12,000-square-foot outdoor space" with its "elevated lawn" and the "luxurious" children's playroom featuring FAO Schwarz toys. The "prime location" near Lincoln Center, Time Warner Center and Central Park makes this "full-service" building a "standout," while the circular driveway and porte cochere provide a "grand entrance." Though "slightly west" of midtown's core, the "upscale" amenities and "spectacular" facilities make it a "compelling" choice for luxury living.
