The park will include al fresco dining and BBQ stations, Fire Pits, Treehouse, Courtyards, Tea Pavilion, Ping Pong Tables, Covered Dog Run, Herb Garden, Children's Playground, and a variety of landscaped gardens through which to meander.

The gardens are accessed through the third-floor amenities, which feature a Culinary Lounge with Demonstration Kitchen, Business Center, Gaming Room, and Children's Playroom.


The fifth floor is dedicated entirely to fitness. The South Wing holds the Cardio Room and Weight Training Room, all outfitted with Technogym machines and equipment as well as four Peloton bikes, and separate Locker Rooms.

The North Wing has five fitness studios: Pilates, Yoga, Barre and Dance, HIIT, and Spin. These rooms are fully programmed with fitness classes open to all residents.
