Listings here regularly ranked among Manhattan's top sales, and transactions closed between 2021 and 2024 come to an average price of $3,333 per square foot. 200 East 75th Street is not far behind with an average price of $3,290 per square foot.
At 18 stories high, 200 East 75th Street is one of the tallest buildings on its block. However, architect Beyer Blinder Belle drew on prewar influences for the design. This comes through in details like a limestone base, patterned brick facade, arched windows on upper levels, terra cotta accents, and metal detailing.

The two- to six-bedroom apartments represent AD100 designer Yellow House Architects' first fully commissioned residential building. The firm is known for its balance of classic elegance and modern sophistication, and brings that to 200 East 75th Street with a neutral palette and open-plan living and dining rooms.
