Sales have quietly launched at 200 East 75th Street, the latest entrant in the Upper East Side's building boom. An offering plan with a $285 million sellout price was accepted at the end of January 2024; to that end, prices start at $3.3 million for two-bedrooms, $4.95 million for three-bedrooms, $6.175 million for four-bedrooms, and $10.8 million for six-bedrooms. The 36 units include five full-floor penthouses in the crown of the building; these start at $17 million.
Developer EJS Group approached this building fresh off their success at the nearby 150 East 78th Street. Listings here regularly ranked among Manhattan's top sales, and transactions closed between 2021 and 2024 come to an average price of $3,333 per square foot. 200 East 75th Street is not far behind with an average price of $3,290 per square foot.

At 18 stories high, 200 East 75th Street is one of the tallest buildings on its block. However, architect Beyer Blinder Belle drew on prewar influences for the design. This comes through in details like a limestone base, patterned brick facade, arched windows on upper levels, terra cotta accents, and metal detailing.
