A tailored collection of condos has begun sales in Brooklyn’s Clinton Hill. Named for its address, 29 Lexington Avenue, the building is positioned on one of the neighborhood’s quietest streets and shoulders a charming mix of former manufacturing buildings and classic row houses. Four of the building’s eight residences are now up for grabs, while one is already in contract. All available units are two-bedrooms, except for a ground floor duplex apartment which features a lower level “rec room” and has a private rear yard.

According to paperwork filed with the city’s building department, RSVP Architecture Studio will design, the firm which is responsible for Long Island City's aesthetically pleasing East of East condos. For their 29 Lexington design, however, they chose to enclose the structure in a handsome glass, steel, and wood-trimmed façade.

All homes will have storage rooms, porcelain flooring, floor-to-ceiling windows, and radiant heating throughout. Kitchens boast matte lacquer cabinetry, Bosch appliances, and Fisher & Paykel refrigerators. Most units have private storage rooms and balconies, and the pair of penthouses, which have yet to hit the market, will have their own private terraces.

29 Lexington is a short walk from G train’s Classon Avenue subway and the Pratt Institute campus. Nearby, Grand Street has developed into a foodie hotspot —with popular eateries such as Mekelburg’s, The 3 Luigis Brick Oven Pizza, Choice Market, and Peaches Shrimp & Crab.
