The Barone family of Everybody Loves Raymond lived on Long Island, but the actress who played the matriarch had a duplex on Central Park: An apartment belonging to the late Doris Roberts is one of 355 sales listings that experienced price reductions over the past seven days. The New York Post described the duplex's star-studded past, and notes that the disconnected units may be bought separately or together. One of the units has been reduced by 28.7% to $995K.

Please note that these figures, like all quoted below, refer to cumulative price cuts as opposed to the most recent reductions. Contact CityRealty to find a buyer's broker to assist you in your search and negotiations.

The price cuts come at a time when there are 12,444 condos, co-ops, condops, and townhouses for sale throughout Manhattan, northern Brooklyn, western Queens, and parts of the Bronx. After a slight perk last week, the Manhattan median condo price has dipped below $2 million to $1,998,800, or $1,660 per square foot. The Manhattan co-op price continued to trend downward to $895,862 (all figures per CityRealty listings).
