It has 27 apartments and it was converted by HFZ Capital Group, which is headed by Zeil Feldman, whose projects have included One Madison,303 East 51st Street and the condo conversion at the Marquand at 11 East 68th Street.

BKSK was the architect.  Its other Manhattan projects include the Hubert Building, the Fisher Mills Building, 25 Bond Street and One Vandam Street.

Thomas Juul-Hansen did the interiors.

The building, which was erected in 1910, is also known as 2 St. Johns Lane and 30-32 Varick Street.  It is one block west of the Avenue of the Americas and just over a block south of Canal Street.
